• Santiago Eguidazu Mayor holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and is a Commercial Technician and State Economist, as well as a Master in Philosophy. Mr. Eguidazu is the founding partner of Alantra and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alantra Group. He is the author of the book “Creaciün de valor y gobierno de la empresa” and editor at Avarigani Editores, which specialises in philosophy texts.

• Silvia Reina Pardo holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE. Ms. Reina began her professional career as a lawyer specialising in tax law at the law firm Urüa Menündez Abogados and, since 2015, she has been responsible for the legal and tax areas of Anpora Participaciones, a subsidiary of the Anpora Group. Ms. Silvia specialises in general corporate taxation, taxation of restructuring operations, and international tax planning, among others.

• Iüigo de Cüceres Cabrero, is the Group’s CEO, with responsibility for managing Alantraüs business units ü Investment Banking & Capital Markets and Asset Management & Private Capital ü as well as all corporate functions. Since joining Alantra in 2006 as General Manager, Iüigo has been a key driver of the development of critical corporate areas, including finance, risk control, human resources, and communication and technology systems. He has also played a pivotal role in significant milestones in the Groupüs geschichte, such as the merger with Dinamia, which resulted in Alantraüs stock market listing, the sale of its private banking business to Mutua Madrileüa, and Mutua Madrileüaüs acquisition of a stake in Alantra Investment Managers. Additionally, he has served as a board member for several of Alantra-Finanzenüs strategic partnerships, including Singer Capital Markets and AMCHOR Investment Strategies.
• Luis Carlos Croissier Batista holds a degree in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a postgraduate qualification from the University of Paris ü Sorbonne. He is part of the Spanish General Technical Corps of the State Civil Service and held different administrative positions including Chairman of the National Institute of Industry, Minister of Industry and Energy and Chairman of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV). Since 1996 Mr. Croissier has worked as an international consultant.
• Maria Garaüa Corcesüholds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of San Pablo (CEU). She obtained her university degree with the highest honours and also holds a diploma in International Trade from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University (Boston). Ms. Garaüa has developed her professional activity internationally with responsibility over countries and regions in various sectors, such as sales, marketing, distribution and business development.
  Since 11 June 2024, Ms Garaüa serves as Global Managing Director of ClarkeModet. She is also member of the supervisory board of TUI AG. Until May 2023, she was Vice President of Consulting and Professional Services at Adobe EMEA. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Microsoft Business Solutions for EMEA and Managing Director of Google.
• Jorge Mataix Entero holds a degree in Law and Economics from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). Mr. Mataix has worked at JP Morgan Chase (New York), in the corporate banking division, and at Acciona, as head of corporate development. In 1992 he joined the AB Asesores Group as head of the Private Equity area and, from 2000 to 2016, he was Vice President of Alantra.

• Josü Antonio Abad Zorrilla holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Autünoma de Madrid. Mr. Abad began his career at Arthur Andersen, and has been director of the Corporate Finance area and member of the management committee of AB Asesores and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mr. Josü Antonio Abad Zorrilla has been a member of the board of directors of Grupo Hagemeyer Espaüa and DHL Espaüa, as well as a member of the board of directors of the Spanish Association of Finance Executives. He was one of the founding partners of Alantra and Vice-Chairman from 2000 to 2015.

• Jorge Eguidazu Ramürez holds a bachelorüs degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University (Summa Cum Laude) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Deanüs Honors).
  In 2023, Mr. Eguidazu launched Egram Capital SIL S.A. in Madrid, where he serves as Founder & Investment Advisor. Egram is a long-only fund investing in high quality public equities in North America and Europe.
  Prior to Egram, Mr. Eguidazu developed his professional career in New York, where he held financial advisory roles across the üsell-sideü and übuy-sideü. He started his career in 2016 at Lazard as an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments. In 2018 Mr. Eguidazu joined Rhüne Group as a private equity associate, analyzing leveraged buyout transaktionen in North America, Europe and Latin America. During his MBA (2020-2022) and post-graduation, Mr. Eguidazu worked as an investment associate at two long/short equity hedge funds: Miura Global and Nitorum Capital.
• Catherine Lewis La Torre has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in alternative investments, including private equity, private credit and technology investing. She is a former Chief Executive of the British Business Bank as well as its private capital investment entities, British Business Investments and British Patient Capital. She was Chair of the Bank’s Investment Committees and throughout her tenure worked alongside the most senior members of the UK Government on the launch and scale-up of several debt and equity investment programs and direct investment funds. Prior to joining the bank, Catherine had a proven track record of success having operated as a founder of, and partner in, several European and U.S. private equity firms and has lived and worked in six European countries. She has managed funds on behalf of institutional investors globally and has advised Sovereign Wealth Funds on their private capital strategies. Catherine Lewis La Torre is graduate of the London School of Economics, where she earned a Master in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with First Class Honors. She was awarded a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the New Year Honors List 2025 for services to business.
• Berta de Pablos ülvarezüis a seasoned executive with a strong track record of value creation and business transformation. Berta joined the luxury group LVMH in 2020 and has served as President and CEO of Maison Moüt, worldwide until January 2024. Since joining the company in 2020, Berta has led real purpose-driven and value-creation projects for Moüt & Chandon, Dom Perignon and Mercier. She was previously the Chief Growth Officer and the US market President for Mars Wrigley, a company she rejoined in 2015 as Marketing VP for Mars Chocolate North America after having held several senior marketing leadership positions at Boucheron and Lacoste in France. Throughout her more than 20 years at Mars, where she started as a Food R&D technician, she held several senior marketing and management roles in the UK, the U.S., Russia, the Middle East and Spain. Berta holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universidad Politücnica de Valencia, a Master Degree in Food Science and an MBA in Fashion Management from Institut Franüais de la Mode.
